    From experience, most board members of an HOA and most managers either don’t know the law or choose to ignore it. Good win.

        Service animals have a job and mostly “on the job” 24/7. Common sense is that the owners should get a break. If the owner is being irresponsible and not cleaning up after the dog, then that is a different issue. The article didn’t mention the owner was being irresponsible with owning the dog.
