Is it legaL IN California, for for insurance companies to not to provide compensation insurance for a company, simply because they dont have a big payrol of 125.000.00, or larger? And is it also legal for that said company or any insurance company for that matter, to charge a big down payment for premeium that doesn,t yet assist because the payroll dosen,t assist or is to small by their standards?
Why are business insurance company left to play the game the way they want to, whether or not its serves the customer base best interest. I have been turned dowm.
It would appear that if you are not the gulf oil company, you cannot get workers comp insurance which by law you have to have. Strange!
I thought I last governor, took care of this kind of bullshit…I will file an official complaint with the insurance commissioner, Mr Dave Jones
