Aren’t comp rates based on wages across various classes? OK, say the government wins. These folks, since they pay no wages, will pay next to nothing for comp anyway. Doesn’t that seem to be the case?

As a matter of insurance, these folks wouldn’t even have to carry liabilit yinsurance, as they have no possessions. What type of compensation would an aggrieved party sue for? Of course, a lack of GL insurance should be disclosed, so the consumer can make an informed buying decision.

This is actually the kind of interesting cases IJ should be bringing to our attention, rather than acting as a mouthpiece for the current administration (as seems to be the case so often).
