    So the “public servnat” is suing his public for $10 mill?

    This is nuts. Why would he open up a can of worms that he closed. With the criminal trial he had a right to remain silent (and we so wished he would many times in the past), in a civil proceeding all bets are off and he will have to answer to some very serious questions about his behavior that night and before. He got lucky with the field sobriety test slide. So now they can hear witnesses that can testify that he was seen drinking? Just nuts.
