Incidentally, Sheriff Skinner of Pershing County thinks ladies showing their ankles is lewd. If the laws are now conforming to his opinions than Burning Man and all 5,500 Pershing County residents are in for a sad surprise.
Skinner is not sheriff of Pershing County. Allegedly, Jim Shirley and other political enemies of the public set up a website to eradicate him for having a differing opinion.
The Pershing County Commissioners accept thousands of dollars in tangible assets (free Burning Man tickets) and bit the hand that fed them.
