It’s nice to read about a case that seems fully rightful! It is hard for me to imagine putting ANY customer in that situation, and then leaving them to their own fate… It’s my hope that the couple was not hurt badly and that the resort is handed a big heavy handed NO-NO for it’s employees lack of care!
Where is the common sense of people? 75 years old! Give them a ride already!!!
