Apparently these “investors” don’t even know where Kirtland, NM is. I’ve been there. I would not even stop there to get gas for my autombile. It’s a desolate town between Farmington and Gallup, NM. This guy must have made people believe he is building this facility at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque.
