As if the Federal MLR reg wasn’t enough. California’s politicians(from the Greek “poly” meaning Many and “tics” are insects) and the morons that vote for them must believe that everyone works for free except themselves. Force on the carriers one more requirement that increases the cost of doing business in the state and rates will go up again. What a joke!
