Soemthing is VERY wrong when he can steal Millions and only get 1 year, but ripoff off an Insurer for $15,000 in a phoney claim and get 10 years- Why do our Criminal laws treat Suppliers differently than consumers? Look at hte damge this fellow did to others…. that is a form of violance. Economic – but violence never the less(“while his actions caused businesses to close and the proprietors to move out of state”)

What?, I am for keeping the government out of corporate business as it is clear the corporation (a.k.a job creator) will take care of my needs. I trust the corporate owner to follow the laws for premium collected in return for insurance provided to the uneducated, young, inexperienced, poor and mentally challenged. No government interference. Ever. Less government! Less government! Less Government will keep your money in the pockets of the rich a.k.a job creators. What do those insurance buyers need insurance for anyway? They probably use it to perpetuate fraud against the corporation a.k.a job creators. This man should be given a medal. As a rich man (a.k.a job creator) He knows more about handling money and the best way to spend it. How dare the victims want society to ensure the corporate (tax evader) owner (job creator) follow the laws or enact laws! We should allow corporate entities to self police as they are the job creators….. Without job creators the guy that committed insurance fraud and got 15 years wouldn’t even have a bed in prison.
