I agree with putting the breath lock on the ignition in order for the car to start. But putting it in the house is a waste of money…unless they live in a motor home.
I am ignorant of these things…..how do they know who is really blowing in the devise??? Couldn’t someone get their spouse, friend or kid to blow in it for them? Are they videoed or something as well as the breath test itself? Just saying…I really am curious.
