That’s the problem today with employees. Who knows if they did what they were supposed to do? You hire and train people to do the job and maybe they did or maybe they didn’t. But it comes down to the owner if it wasn’t. If they misrepresentation came from the top, then go get em, but if it was an employee not doing their job, then I feel bad for the company. But understandably someone might have to pay.
