I personally would have been amazed if Judge Brad Newman would have ruled against ARCO. Money rules and the likes of Brad Newman could care less about local residents being contaminated and poisoned because they have no power or money to wave at him and his petty ambitions. He’s a coward and like all cowards he will always go with the power brokers instead of doing whats morally right. For shame.
