Thankfully this newer coach was equipped with seat belts, but I wonder how many of the passengers were wearing them, or whether the operator advised passengers on their recommended usage. Seems like some kids were being tossed around following the collision.

Isn’t there a written standard for how buses are constructed and how many exits they have? How is that a reasonable cause?
