I live in LA CA, pure lies, flood control maintenance has been completely abandoned for almost 10 years, all the dedicated money has been diverted to pork projects, in the City of LA we have bridges eaten by decades of erosion.

Smitty, I am sorry you live in LA. The whole state is run by idiots of the first magnitude. They would rather save a smelt fish than the farmers in the valley. Everything there is run by wacko environmentalists. Hollywood hasn’t gotten the message on water rationing. They water to their hearts content and I suppose pay their fines because they can. They aren’t going to let their green yards go brown like the common folk.

Is English a second language to you? You should change your moniker from Smart to stupid.

and you should change your moniker to “troll” because you would rather insult someone rather than comment on what they were trying to say.
