    These are the most common claims from these risks. It will be interesting to see what insurance companies do when the claims start to come from the actual e-liquids themselves. Some companies have the health hazard exclusion and some are ambiguous and do not specifically state coverage for the e-liquids.

    While I don’t want the e-cigarette industry regulated so much that it runs the smaller companies out of business, I do hope this lawsuit brings around some sort of regulation. There are a lot of companies that make ‘cloned’ versions of popular batteries and tanks at a much lower price. I’d be willing to be that the quality of their equipment and it’s manufacturing isn’t the same as those they’re copying.
