    Way to go, PETA says:

If you have a monkey that is smart enough to snap a selfie, it should be smart enough to operate a computer without any help. Or do the monkeys at PETA not think that way?

First of all, I’m shocked that a judge in San Francisco actually voted against a monkey’s “rights”, and secondly, if I were the attorney for PETA, I would want my name, likeness, and image removed from ALL court documents and press releases as to not be publicly affiliated with this laughing stock. I LOVE the fact that he had to come out and say that legal history was made because he was able to argue (unsuccessfully) in court for rights of a monkey. History was for sure made in showing how insane you and the organization you represent are for even bringing this lunacy into a courtroom.
