Sounds fishy to me too. It is sad, but the fault lies with the father. Leaving the gun in reach of a child, buying a gun with no safety lock, and leaving a 3 year old without a car seat! The gun maker probably threw a few bucks at them to avoid the cost of a trial. Some scum lawyer probably saw a quick payday.
I call BS. My being irresponsible and choosing to purchase a weapon w/out a safety caused my injury but you need to pay. smh

Jack, I agree with you. This guy was totally irresponsible. Glock should have used the “good toddler with a gun” defense.
