1. Approved pesticide by the FDA and state, so why not sue them?
2. “The center has not cited any cases of illness connected to the pesticide”, so how can there be any lawsuit – without injury?
3. Who applies the pesticide – farmers or Dow? If it is the farmers then they should be responsible for notifying residents in the surrounding area. How is Dow supposed to know who applies it, when it’s applied, and how much…
