I would like to know if students are getting driving instruction in the schools in this state or do they have to pay to go through driver training? There are many unlicensed drivers here in California because they do not have the money to go to the private instruction schools. That’s why we have had such a dramatic increase in hit & run accidents. All states should provide driver training in high school like I had in the 70’s and maybe we would see a dramatic drop in accidents.
It is called texting while driving or talking on cell while driving and it is epidemic.
