I want to whistleblow on this company’s unethical claims adjusting and employment/work environment. I was just terminated while on FMLA…and just to put it briefly we would offer settlement on delayed claims that we knew we had to accept in an effort to cut costs. The only thing that mattered was closing claims and I was the top closer for 6 months straight last year! We cut many, many corners. My jurisdiction was CA.
