Curious. I feel like the cops would try and stay out of this one to try and avoid the doughnut stereotype. I guess it’s good to lean into it once and a while.
Why avoid the stereotype? Most everyone loves doughnuts and a little self-deprecating humor helps to humanize cops, who have had their share of recent negative press over use of force and minority relations. It’s good public relations.
