Here we go again! Our Insurance Commissioner is grandstanding in lieu of due process. He doesn’t wait for due process and the court to determine legality so he takes upon himself to issue another cease and desist that holds no water or provides conclusive evidence or reasoning for it. Could it be he is being politically prompted to do so because of jealousy and greed from large Wholesale Brokers here in the valley who block many agents from access to work comp markets they administer and underwrite?
