    If California politicians practiced the same financial solvency procedures, California wouldn’t be in their near insolvency situation.

    Dave Jones said he would allow Access to continue operations after all. This followed the announcement that Access Insurance would sell all investments in fossil fuel companies, join the BDS movement, and hire based on the new “inclusion rider” policy, which requires a business to hire the least talented person available so long as that person isn’t a white male.

    That’s good that Access was stopped. The DOI should just tell them to leave and go practice elsewhere if they can’t pay our claims. This is a non-standard carrier so those come and go.
