Why not ban eating, drinking, listening to the radio or music to the list, as well as talking to passengers, kissing, holding hands, SMOKING (anything LOL) or any activity that takes a drivier’s antention, eyes off the road or BOTH hands off the steering wheel?
While cells are distracting GPS is worse. Eyes on the screen immediate turns without any regard for who is behind or beside. They are the worst road hazard. Those on cells are consistent in only going 30 or so in the passing lane dead to the world.
