Mr. Keith Schraad, Congratulations!… I am trying to find out when and why the law for agents to renewal license Now Requires an agent holding only AZ license has to take continure education 48 hours. ARS 20-2902 (same law ) as before but requiring you to complete continuing education if you held a non-resident license in another state.? I am just trying to understand this change and WHY. No one seems to have any reason why the same law now changed and when? I went to the department of insurance and the girl at the window did not have any idea she got her supervisor and she brought out a 5″ thick book but could not give why or when.. I have to renew my license but Have not received a letter telling me this ( like I did in the past) which also stated if you had a non resident insurance producer license in another state at any time during your expiring license term you must complete 40 hours of ARIZONA APPROVED INSURANCE CONTINUING EDUCAATION ARS 20-2902 the (law) the girls at the your office seem to think this means if you have non-resident you don’t have to do according to the new law (with the same number) I am just wanting the details… Please Please help me. thank you
