    The guy is a licensed Realtor. I guess he skipped the ethics portion of his licensing.

    I hope they throw the book at him. This is ridiculous. Unfortunately, many people feel it is okay to lie to insurance companies. Now, he may go to jail over 4 cars that are worth a TOTAL of $43,000?? Smart.

    Where was underwriting??? I assume everyone knew the fires were occuring and what areas. How in the world could he add coverage during this time?

    We have a saying here in Texas, “pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered”. Too bad the insurance company cannot decline the other claim.
