I appreciate that insurance companies are refunding a portion of auto premiums as we can all use more cash in this time of need. I am disappointed in the token amount that they are refunding. They said my refund reflects a 20% premium dividend for the period March 16 to May 15. The AAA check of $54.77 sent to me reflects a meager 3.3% of my annual premium. Terribly dissatisfied with the amount. We are seniors and we are staying in place and not driving so the refund is justified. The intent of the law was good but the execution of it is offensive. I am sure that others feel the same.

This refund is more of an insult than anything else. I too have AAA and I received $14.69. Is this a joke? This is May 21 and I have filled my car with gas once this year. I to am a senior and it’s hard enough already.
Not a happy camper with AAA.

I too am a senior with AAA and received a check for $14.69. It’s an insult and a joke. Not happy with AAA.

I too am insured by AAA . I am getting $50. What a joke! They are paying me less than 20% of the premium I paid for that two month period.

Such a joke and insulting! I’m a small business owner who has been closed since the first Shelter in Place order and just received $37 for my fleet of commercial vehicles. AAA policy holder for personal auto and received $50.

Daughter was on my policy until August 1 and didn’t renew with Horace Mann (insurance for educators). They haven’t given out discounts to customers as of August 21, 2020. She was with them for many years and now she won’t received the discount because she didn’t renew. I think it is definitely unfair to not give a long-time customer the discount. All of my friends have received their discounts months ago. I checked with my agent a few times during this period and wasn’t given and he couldn’t ever tell me when the discount would come or what was holding up the discount. Very unhappy. A dirty trick in mybook.
