One of the first things I focused heavily on was product liability and specifically the policy forms the carrier is writing them on. Each carrier has exclusions that are troublesome for cannabis operators.

Cannabis cannot cause death this is ridiculous. Seems fishy she died two years ago but they are just now sueing???
