‘Nerdy Nikki’ is a data-driven, strategic executive leader with 17+ years of experience in the property & casualty insurance and benefits-delivery industry.  During her career, Nikki has affected almost every aspect of the claims management process, working with over 100 Fortune 500 companies, dozens of TPAs and carriers, and countless vendors in various roles from operations to strategy and marketing.  Skilled at growing teams and businesses, she is an innovative thinker invested in cutting-edge technology who leverages print and digital media to educate and showcase solutions for various stakeholders.  Nikki is the creator of a popular property & casualty blog, Elevate the Adjuster, founder of The Work Comp Power Prompt™, and author of the insurance industry’s largest academic, research study, The Workers’ Compensation Talent Shortage©.  Nikki currently serves as the CEO of ‘Elevate the Narrative’ where she strives to amplify risk and insurance innovation by connecting game-changing solutions to industry leaders.  Often regarded as a passionate speaker, Nikki is also active in RIMS, the CPCU Society, the Alliance of Women in Workers’ Compensation, and CHIEF.


Elise White, MBA

Elise White was formerly the Director of Workforce Resilience for Zurich Resilience Solutions (ZRS), supporting companies in fostering inclusive and resilient work environments that help protect workers and drive business productivity and performance.  She draws from over 15 years of hands-on Workers Compensation and Claims experience, including managing catastrophic cases, to help companies “connect the dots” to understand current workforce risks, create targeted mitigation strategies, and build organizational capability. Specifically, Elise provides services to strengthen talent attraction and engagement; diversity, equity, and inclusion; and worker health and safety, including creating holistic solutions in collaboration with other ZRS risk teams. Before joining ZRS, Elise held Claims roles at Travelers Insurance and Liberty Mutual Group.

Elise holds the Inclusion Score ISO Diversity and Inclusion standard certification, which provides a framework for evaluating DEI maturity and action planning. She also holds an MBA in Organization Leadership from Wilmington University and Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University. Elise serves as a board member of Girls on the Run – Georgia and is a board member of the Diversity and Talent Alliance.


Jean Feldman
Sentry Insurance

Jean Feldman, RN, is the senior director of managed care at Sentry Insurance where she oversees Sentry’s managed care programs and clinical strategy for workers’ compensation. She has over 30 years of experience working with Fortune 1000 national insurance carriers, managed care companies, physician networks, and third-party administrators, developing nurse case management programs and specialty products that evolve with the times and technology.
