Atlanta, GA, June 19, 2015 — Breckenridge Insurance Group has appointed industry-leading technology expert Chris Mitchell as the chief technology officer of the growing company. Mitchell was tapped for his known technology leadership of diverse teams within dynamic organizations. He brings more than 17 years of insurance technology experience—most recently as chief information officer of Swett & Crawford—to the international specialty insurance group. Prior to Swett, Mitchell was a senior vice president of information technology at Aon Services Group.

As part of ongoing investment in proven talent, Mitchell will report to Jino Masone, chief operating officer of Breckenridge Insurance Group. “Chris is a pivotal addition to our leadership team as we’re rapidly expanding operations geographically and have several key initiatives underway or identified where he will add significant value,” noted Masone.
Mitchell is charged with all technology oversight including infrastructure, systems, proprietary products and support. He will work closely with the heads of varied companies, internal department heads, and external vendors and international carrier partners to implement strategic company priorities.
