Not sure of any free CE in your area but IRMI has some great pricing for their online CE classes. You can take them at your own pace. Pricing is very reasonable! Lowest I have found in a while.

Right now they have a special - 24-hours of CE for less than $40.

Large gooseneck horse trailers can have rather nice living quarters (bed, kitchen, bathroom).

I would assume that if your, your family or a visitor hurt themselves entering the trailer or once inside the living quarters, you could claim med similar to Med Pay in RV's, right?

Need event liabiltiy for (4) one day horse shows. Exlcude horses and riders while mounted. Approx (30) participants and less than 25 spectators. Fairgrounds is requiring coverage.
