Our agency does not contact the insured on a late notice or cancellation notice. We do send a confirmation letter when the policy has actually cancelled confirming the fact that tye no longer have coverage in force with our agency. This is our agency procedure. We are already tracking everything we do on an account by an activity entry in our WinTam system. You can easily run a report that will show what each CSR is doing by date if you want to see what they are doing. Don't ask them to keep another manual log of what they are doing. This is just too much.

I'm in Kentucky and the no-fault/PIP is an injury coverage. It has nothing to do with damages to the vehicle. This is so if you are hurt you don't have to wait to get your medical bills paid by the other company. Your company will go ahead and pay them under your policy. Then they can go back agains...

We have been on Applied's TAM for many years now. We also were a Cincinnati Insurance Company agency which means that we did a whole book of business that was agency billed. I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say that Tam can't handle the agency billed book of business. We have done it ...

We use http://www.ceu.com here at our office. We buy a block of classes each year and the employees can log on at their convenience and get their 12 hours of online classes when they want. They have all different types of classes and everyone seems to like it. You might check it out.
