EPLI with 3rd party will generally cover this. Some carriers like CNA will give you the option to ad it as an endorsement up to 500k. For more coverage you need to go to surplus lines. Stay away from the captives. Running an agency when you are new is a lot of work, I would try and get a job with a broker and build experience. if you are aggressive you will make it.

Anyone know of standard carriers that wil write in CA Brush line?
Travelers, Hartford, Fidelity have all said no. Value is $1.1. I know about lexington and Lloyds but they have quotes from Farmers and State farm so I need something competitive. Thanks

We use Hawksoft, We are part of an aggregate so they give us access though their main frame. Ive asked them about it but never a staright answer. I guess I have to call Hawksoft or try and find a different solution. Any help is appreciated.

Tracking Producer Comission

We are trying to find an efficient way to track Commissions for producers. As you know endorsements are added and people cancel etc... Tracking commissions becomes a full time job. Thanks.

We do not have mercury. I need the info for sales etc.. For example I know that non listed driver liability drops to state minimums in CA. I had also heard that their coverage does not extend to rental cars, just wanted to verify. if anyone knows i appreciate the info.

Who does night club insurance in CA. Any admitted carriers? I need GL, property, liquer, EPLI, umbrella and coverage for bouncers etc..
Also on WC does anyone outside of statefund do these?

I checked with Hagerty and I guess they cover them as well. Rates are not bad either.

As far as Hagerty goes I was under the impression that they did classics only.

High Value Personal Auto

Im looking for a carrier that can offer standalone Auto for Hight value/ exotic cars in excess of 150k in CA. Our standard carriers do not offer this. Hartford takes Some of them but Im looking for a specialty carrer that can offer better pricing and maybe agreed upon value. Thanks
