Special Event Policy for Fireworks Booth

I am working with a small non profit here in Northern, CA and I have a current quote for GL but their yearly fireworks fundraiser booth is exluded - which begs the question, is coverage available through a special event policy for this particular type of risk? If I can bind coverage on the GL knowing that in 6 months it is possible to find a special event policy that would be great.

Any advice or feedack would be great.
