Need info on carriers that handle Common area HOA's

Post by CIScommercial »

IWe are in CA and in need of assistance in locating carriers or MGA's that handle common area Home owner associations ( residential and commercial).
Not interested in NIA at all.
Also in need for an MGA that writes HOA work comp that includes volunteers Minimum premium policies - excluding One Beacon- and further more interested in knowing if Republic indemnity that does the above with CID in CA, has any other MGA other than CID that any one can work with?
Thank you

A&M has a number of markets that will consider your HOA risk. Please send your application to commercial@andersonmurison.com, or if you have additional questions, please call (800) 234-6977 x 220 to speak with a commercial underwriter.

You should call Timothy Cline, President of Timothy Cline and Associates, check
out his website at http://www.timothycline.com. They insure community associations
throughout the West. Tim has served on many boards associated with Community
Association Institute (CAI) and been CAI's Insurance Presenter and Committee Leader,
if I remember correctly.

Sincerely,

Skip Rawstron
