And bright ideas where to place a small reservation with a small casino. I heard some branch of Zurich might handle it as a "Soverign Nation" policy???
Thanks!

Tried to get a 2-day Special Event GL policy for a tribe in the SF Bay Area. Carriers got all riled up about they being a soverign nation and having their own laws that may supercede US & state laws, etc. You might want to talk to the tribe's legal counsel first about how their own laws may come in to play.

Travelers is an excellent market for Native American communities and their enterprise operations, including casinos. They have been insuring tribal governments & enterprise operations for more than 30 years and have extensive claims and risk control resources, too. Check www.travelers.com under Business Insurance & Specialized Risks & Public Sector Services for more information.
