Chartis has a division for Aviation parts, I would contact them.

Hello! Please contact Brian Riehl at RPS Aviation (an Aviation wholesale specialist). Brian_Riehl@rpsins.com. He should be able to assist you with this placement. Marie

Am curious. Just what are the Non-Critical parts? Perhaps there is a chance to cover them outside the aviation markets.

From a former aviation underwriter, do yourself a favor and go directly to the aviation underwriters (in no particular order). Non-critical manufacturers are simple to place and you don't need to split your commissions for something you can do yourself. The underwriters will be happy to work with you through the process. Most brokers only have 1 or 2 aviation accounts and are not experts so the u/w helps them through the process.

WRT someones question about non-critical. We look at the possible results if the part fails what can it affect. For example a turbine blade would be high but the handle for the bathroom door not so much.
