I used Superior Access in the past and found that service was spotty at best. Also, I found that the fee charged was higher than what others charge, i.e. NIA in Grass Valley (service also spotty).

...but then they've been trying for years. Its about time that they get it right.

Seriously, given the choice between another MGA and Superior Access, I'll take the other MGA every time.

If you look through all the threads on this board about Superior Access, the general consensus is that they are terrible....but it's funny how they come up over and over on this board. Someone must be using them, they are writing alot of business...

SuperiorAccess has been under new ownership for 2 years. I believe its now owned by venture capitalists. All the former owners are gone. Some of the former guard is stillaround but for the most part its new people. The company is around 90M in premium. Most of that is WC. After talking to their people you get the feeling that they have huge aspirations but can't seem to get it right.....especially the service side. I think they spend all their time on technology stuff, which is good, but this is a service business. A friend of mine in South Carolina said Superio opened an office there. Maybe a sign of bigger and better things.

They just appointed a new CEO. Maybe he's read these threads, and will improve their customer service.
