Independent insurance wholesaler, All Risks Ltd. announced it has acquired Stonebridge Underwriters, a national general agency and program administrator, based in St. Paul, Minn.
Stonebridge Underwriters offers a variety of competitively priced, multi-line programs that were developed to support underserved classes of business. Stonebridge joined All Risks effective Jan. 1, 2014. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Bryan Meyer, president of Stonebridge Underwriters, and his staff have joined the National Specialty Programs unit of All Risks, while continuing to operate from St. Paul. The group will continue to focus on expanding existing programs for assisted living facilities, specialty contractors, convenience stores, coin-operated laundry and dry cleaners, golf courses, hotels and motels, pawn shops, and tattoo and body piercing artists to All Risks retail insurance partners nationwide.
