IBTX Risk Services, Insphere Global Partners and HR Benefits (formerly member companies of Independent Insurance Group), all based in Texas, have agreed to merge.
The merger will create a combined organization poised to deliver risk management services including commercial and personal insurance lines, employee benefits consulting, safety and loss control services, surety bonds, wealth management and human resources consulting to a broad client base across Texas.
This merger will create one of the largest brokers in the Southwest, and the new IBTX Risk Services will be one of the largest brokers in the Dallas/Fort Worth and San Antonio markets, according to the companies’ announcement.
The newly formed company will retain the IBTX Risk Services name and will operate out of offices in Las Colinas and San Antonio.
