Crystal & Co. has appointed four executives in the firm’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices.
Shawn Ram has joined as executive managing director and western region head leading California operations in San Francisco and Los Angeles. He also has national responsibility for the company’s technology practice.
Ram will report to Charles Williamson, executive vice president of field operations and corporate development. Most recently Ram served as managing director and national technology practice leader for Aon Risk Solutions.
Nick Del Biaggio was named senior managing director and Western region sales leader, responsible for developing the sales presence and increasing the team of seasoned sales professionals throughout California. Previously Del Biaggio was an executive vice president and director of corporate sales and marketing at the Liberty Company Insurance Brokers Inc.
Brendan Dolan and Higgins Manker will be joining the management and professional risk group as managing directors in Los Angeles. Both come from Willis.
