Can't find market for custom vehicle

I have a client that recently purchased a Ford F-150 with a 'Foose' high performance package. The base price of the truck was $35,000+ and the performance package is an additional $18,000+. The truck is the insured's primary vehicle. I am located in Southern California. I have not found anyone that can insure the vehicle for the full value of the truck because of the value of the aftermarket package. This can't be the first time this has happened....help!

I tried Hagerty and American Modern (and J.C. Taylor). They all have issues with the vehicle being used for regular use. I'll give United Marine a try.

Wow....let's see. This may be one for a Lloyd's Correspondent. You can try Cambridge General Agency/Valley Insurance.
I believe they have an office in West Covina. Try: http://www.cambridgega.com. You can also try Whicomb Insurance Services in Redondo Beach, phone number is (310)792-4900 (they do a lot of non-standard commercial auto.It may be worth a try or they can refer you) and Bliss & Glennon, also in Redondo Beach, (800)829-7330.
