LIG apt policy

I am going against LIG on an 88 unit apartment complex. Can anyone out there point out their policy weaknesses if any? Or weaknesses as a carrier in general?

Strength: Very low pricing - they're still in the buying business stage
Weakness: Claims handling - you will have to call & call to get a claim noticed

Curiously enough their underwriting is pretty tight and in time their pricing will increase BUT their claims reponse time will have to improve for them to be a major player. I've placed 4 accounts with them and each has had claims issues severe enough for the insureds to request replacement mid-term or at renewal.
