WC for Beekeeper in CA with 100% seasonal employees

Hi,

I'm trying to find a market for WC for Beekeeper in CA with 100% seasonal employees. They have no prior insurance, just hiring first employees.
Any ideas?

I think State Fund is probably going to be the one for this particular situation.

Unfortunately I don't have access to State Fund and they no longer appoint brokers. Any other idea?
