Painter with job above 3 stories
I current have a painter insured on a policy but they max out at 3 stories for their work. The painter was offered an opportunity to paint a 7 story commercial building and the only hold up is the insurance. Any ideas?

I am in TX, and have had the same issue with iron & steel erectors. They will go over two stories and when they do that exposure applies which is expensive. I have written these through Surplus, if they grow and get to be a more middle market size then Travelers and other admit will entertain. Do not know the size of account you are talking about.
