Loss Cost Data Availability

Post by mica.cooper »

I am looking for data on loss costs. I have contacted AAIS and they have rate pages made up to deviate from. I know ISO also has rate pages, but this is not what we want.

I would like to find data that would show something like this:

1.00 Asphalt Shingle
1.20 Metal
1.24 Rolled Roofing
1.22 Seam Metal
1.93 Slate
1.87 Spanish Tile
0.94 Corrugated Steel
1.78 Tar/GravelTile
1.33 Tin
1.17 Wood Shake

For various things like heat, roofing, foundations, etc.

AAIS said they have the data, but will not share it. Are there any other sources for this data that could be used for building insurance rates?

The rates are already in place. What we would like to do is rate based on more criteria than Frame and Masonry.

Thank You,
Mica
