This is not the typical recall policy — new forms and new policy wording available. Triggers for accidental contamination, malicious contamination and products extortion. Reimbursement coverage for: gross or net profits, extra expense, rehabilitation, loss of revenues due to loss of contracts. In addition, crisis management is included in the policy through nationally ranked certified crisis managers — Specialty Risk Management Inc. They can help with media/public relations, assist with governmental agencies during the recall and assistance with government compliance regarding onerous pre- and post-recall reporting.
