This is a Senior Production Underwriting position for the Inland Marine line of business, within the MW Region.
• Advanced and specialized knowledge of Inland Marine line of business, coverages and Underwriting practices
• Strong communication, presentation, territory management, sales/negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills required to grasp complex issues and create solutions
• Strong interpersonal skills required to develop and maintain quality agency/policyholder relationships
• Strong Underwriting, marketing, production and agency management skills required to solve complex business problems
• Proven experience in Underwriting and managing unique Inland Marine risks & specific knowledge of WI market & local production sources
• Proven skills pertaining to the development and execution of tactical territory management plans required to achieve unit and Regional profit/growth
objectives.
• Experience in analyzing market and book of business characteristics to develop strategies which improve competitive position in local territory
• This Production Underwriting position will be located remotely in WI to service our local WI Marine producers
