Insurance Sales Representative

Trio Insurance is expanding and looking for driven individuals to join our team as Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-based role designed for individuals who want flexibility, structured support, and the opportunity to grow their income through performance.

Compensation & Income Potential

• Commission-based 1099 opportunity
• Estimated earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, based on performance
• Advance commissions available on new business (where applicable)
• Additional incentives and bonus opportunities

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients using provided leads
• Understand client needs and present appropriate insurance solutions
• Guide clients through the application and onboarding process
• Maintain follow-ups to improve conversion and retention
• Keep accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity
• Stay up to date with products, compliance, and sales processes

Qualifications
