Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

Salary Range

$140,200.00 - $231,400.00

As a member of Enterprise Technology Solutions, you’ll be joining a strategic and collaborative team that is passionate about transforming our business and technology capabilities and paving the way for best-in-class solutions.

As a Senior Technology Director within the Infrastructure Services and Asset Management organization, you will collaborate with technology and business leaders and apply your knowledge of modern technology to influence and develop innovative solutions that deliver business value. In this role we will look to you to:

o Research and analyze processes, methodologies and technologies to identify trends, patterns and opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
o Champion a data-driven approach to design and execute a multi-year workforce and technology process optimization strategy in alignment with our strategic objectives, goals, and key results.
o Anticipate evolving business needs and proactively seek stakeholder feedback to develop a deeper understanding of priorities and opportunities to continue to evolve our multi-year strategy.
o Lead complex initiatives designed to mitigate emerging risks and optimize efficiencies with broad impact and monitor, evaluate, and measure the impact of decisions practiced in functional areas.
o Design and institutionalize key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success against past performance and future goals.

What Will You Do?

  • Contributes significantly to the strategic technology operational plans and department budget. Has responsibility for developing/ implementing a tactical and/or operational plan and staying within the departmental budget
  • Lead efforts to utilize technology to develop and/or redesign the organization's processes
  • Has awareness of Enterprise strategies and impact on the line of business or functional area of responsibility
  • Provides key project stakeholders and IT leadership with timely status updates and/or system performance updates
  • Applies knowledge of current industry trends and techniques to formulate solutions within the context of assigned projects and/or enhancements
  • May be accountable for directing team in order to achieve deliverables
  • Direct teams to implement and/or maintain systems of high complexity and/or projects of major business unit significance
  • May manages team direction and the day-to-day work of direct reports
  • May be responsible for providing consistent performance feedback/coaching and completing formal performance reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned


What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 9 years of technology or business-related experience preferred
  • 3 years of experience managing others preferred
  • Broad conceptual understanding of capabilities and direction of technology, with an in-depth knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies and processes.
  • Experience Developing solutions to meet business needs that reflect a clear understanding of the objectives, practices & procedures and are in line with future technology direction
  • Experience applying knowledge of modern architecture principles, agile methodologies, ITIL, and ITSM frameworks to complex initiatives
  • Demonstrated advanced analytical and diagnostic skills dealing with issues that are novel and not readily defined, lack known precedent, or appear contradictory
  • Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis and leveraging data to proactively identify and mitigate issues/risks, draw conclusions, or develop and communicate program strategies and recommendations
  • Experience with developing solutions by applying accepted processes or creating new approaches to leverage technology from abstract information
  • Experience educating and influencing customers on the most effective use of technology, from a short and long-term perspective.
  • Provides direction and effectively leads by example to ensure that all services are meeting the business objectives on a timely basis with excellent quality, at a reasonable cost
  • Demonstrates flexibility, anticipates customer needs, and effectively communicates in a manner consistent with the audience
  • Quickly establishes relationships with key partners and works well in a highly collaborative environment
  • Keeps all areas informed of developments affecting their function
  • Displays strong thought leadership in pursuit of modern architecture principals and technology modernization
  • Sees the big picture and is fully aware of technology and business directions
  • Optimizes the use of all available resources
  • Manages cross-functional objectives/priorities supporting an assigned business area(s)
  • Sets level of risk taking and gathers/synthesizes information to all appropriate levels of the organization
  • Appropriately delegates while maintaining accountability; sees that projects are assigned by workload and capabilities


What is a Must Have?

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of technology or business related experience required.
